View Composer agent initialization state error (16): Failed to activate license (waited 1650 seconds)

When running a KMS licensing server for your Windows 7 Machines is most likely the issue. That's what I ran into when I started getting this error.

You'll have  4 options:

Option 1: Get KMS licenses in place for Win7 from Microsoft. -by far the easiest.
Option 2: Use SYSPREP instead of QuickPrep
Option 3: Add 1 at a time and activate the link clones manually before customizing finishes.
Option 4: Hack the reg key that supossedly has composer activate with the settings listed below.
This was my quick fix option!

HKLMsystem/CurrentControlSet/services/vmware-viewcomposer-ga/SkipLicenseActivation to '1'.
Default is "0" zero.

The Win7 desktop will be in evaluation-mode until the eval-period expires but can be useful in a temporary setup or POC,
