Here's an update to my previous issue I had
last week. With this last step I was finally able to delete the VM pool
that had an orphaned VM. Still not sure why I ended up with an orphaned VM. The only thing I can think of was that I may have recomposed this one VM from a different Snapshot that I most likely deleted?

VMware View Grey Admin page after upgrade
This problem drove me crazy for a week until I was finally able to determine why I couldn't access the Admin Page. Some of the solutions I found out there headed me in the wrong direction...somewhat helpful but not the right one!
Come to find out that VMware has a hotfix that you have to download from them, their Tech Support will send you a link on where to download it from. The same issue will apply to View 5.1 after an upgrade "BUT THE KICKER" is this only occurs if your systems are on an isolated network with no outside access!
Reason: Adobe Flash tries to contact their own web site and when it fails the page will not load. The "Patch" from vmware will disable Adobe from trying to make that initial connection.
Hope this helps somebody!

VMware View Recompose fails
VMware View 4.6.1 "Recompose fails with Invalid configuration for device '2' "
Here's another problem that I couldn't find an answer to online. Found several articles leading to believe that it was a hardware problem within the VM itself. That may have been one possible reason, but not for me. So no matter what I tried I kept getting the same error "Recompose fails with Invalid configuration for device '2' " ?.
I do remember having a power outage right after I took my last snapshot and from that same image is when I started having this issue. SOoooo...What I did was go back to an earlier snapshot on that same VM (GOLD Image), just to test my theory, recomposed and my errors went away. Somehow that power outage corrupted my latest snapshot and was having problems trying to recompose from it.
Easy enough!
